Bassett Furniture Industries Employees Disaster Relief Fund

The Bassett Furniture Industries Employees Disaster Relief Fund has been established at MACF to provide assistance to employees of Bassett Furniture Industries (BFI) who have been impacted by a "qualified disaster” (as designated by the Federal Government). Applications must be completed and submitted to the Foundation for consideration. Instructions to apply for assistance are included in the application below.

This form will show our legal corporate name of "Community Foundation of Western Virginia, Inc." The online form allows you to direct your gift to a specific Martinsville Area Community Foundation Fund or Program, or you can indicate "operating fund" if you wish to make a general support gift. Please include your contact information so that we may thank you for your gift.

Click & Pledge is a secure giving site. Once you make your donation, you will receive an electronic receipt via e-mail. Save your receipt for your records. Gifts are deductible to the maximum extent permitted by current law.

Please note: To cover credit card transaction costs associated with processing your donation, a fee of 3.75% & $0.35 of your total gift will be deducted by Click & Pledge before your contribution is distributed to Martinsville Area Community Foundation.
